All orders ship within 5-7 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact team@themadbeaver.com. Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.
All refused packages will be returned to our warehouse and processed for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Please note the transit times are provided by the carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed. The Mad Beaver is not responsible for lost, damaged, or refused packages. If your package has been lost or damaged please contact the carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Notice
International orders are shipped via DHL, Fedex, UPS, Aramex or any outside carrier relevant for the destination. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. We have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivered to a freight forwarder to international locations. Mad Beaver will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
